I don't know too much about ayurveda, but I do know that you can sometimes find a "watered down" version of it. So if you want the more authentic ayurveda, you should probably look on Hindu websites. Ayurveda is the science of life, and is believed to have been given by God.
It considers peoples' individual make-up instead of treating everyone the same. It acknowledges different body types and does not ignore the spiritual element to sickness and healing.
