True happiness?

In a stictly opinion respose: You must live in a way to bring peace and happiness to all other living beings that you may encounter in your life and it is through this selfless giving you enrich and bring joy to your own life. By losing your ideas of achieving happiness you will gain happiness. Through completely losing the mental craving for your happiness you will be drawn closer to it.

I honestly feel that in order for anyone to know the feeling of TRUE HAPPINESS, we would have to lose and want to be happy. None of us would ever understand the true meaning of happiness if we never greived or felt a pain so great at least one time in oue lives. How could anyone ever ask or want for something that they always had anyway???

I think it's just plain old simple being happy. Bad stuff happens. You don't have to laugh it off to "be happy." Happiness is a state of mind that allows things to happen without tossing you about in emotional extremes.

True happiness originates from the innocence of childhood memories and nothing more.

to find true happiness, one must give up their playstation, and realize that the quality of the gameplay is more important than the graphics

True happiness is the contentment with who and what we are.

The widom to look out at all we see and feel love.

True happiness is when u give God praises.

You only feel happiness when you fall in love....That's it
