What sort of career do you want to have for the rest of your life?

Husband pleasurer, official spender and shopper, traveller extraordinaire, superb child-raiser and mother, and the most exalted woman in the household and in my husband's life.

The career I would want for the rest of my life is being a doctor. It would be cool to save people's lives and helping people in need and not of people would enjoy a career like this though. It's stressful, scary, and risk-taking. But it is something I would want to do!!!

i want to be a successful writer like Neil Gaiman or Nick Hornby. i'll write on my own time at a Starbucks. watch movies, surf the net, play Football Manager 2006 & work out for the rest of the day. the money i get from my books would buy me a little store selling sports goods.

I want a career that is, in no particular order:

flexible in the time you're allowed off.

pays well.

allows me to keep expanding my education.

has good benefits.

with a company that respects its employees.

fun.

exciting and fast paced.

well, there's other stuff, too. What's really important is that I'm allowed to spend time with my daughter, while still earning enough money (at a job that I enjoy) to provide a good life for her.

I'm a nurse but I would really love a different career for the rest of my life.

Don't laugh, I'm serious. I'd LOVE to be a parapsychologist(ghost hunter) and travel the world looking for ghosts.

That stuff really intrigues me. NO KIDDING!

Now THAT would be fun.

My career choice - and I am working towards this - is to be an entertainer and a minister. I want to uplift people through my singing and also to provide them with hope and love in these trying times.

I would like to be a musician, writing my own songs in a band. No, I wouldn't like to be the singer, I prefer to be the drummer.

I'm a teacher, and I hope I'll continue to be one till I retire.
