Best wine on the world is the Portuguese one. unfortunately they are not qualifying their wines with AC like France. That's the reason, nobody knows portuguese wines. Just the Porto's are worldwide famous...

The U.S. just because of the consistancy. Europe has far fewer average and good seasons because of the weather. That's why the old joke of knowing the good years was so important in Europe.
Australia wine probably has the same benefits as the U.S.

France and Switzerland has good wine except they don't export theirs,that's a shame
