If you put a question up for a vote +2 pts, do you get three points when the best answer is chosen?

All the ties are resolved.

You used to get points when you put the question up for a vote and points when the best answer was chosen. But evidently this was a bug. They've now fixed it so that you don't get any points when you put the question to a vote. You only get the 3 points after the best answer is chosen.

if you choose the best answer in your own question you get three points for that...
