Swing a metal detector around to find the pins. Mark them with little yellow flags. Wait til about 3AM. Bang on her door really loud and tell her you got something to show her.

Yes, you can find them on your own, just takes a little patience. You know approximately where your property line is, go to the corners of your lot and look for the pipe they used to mark it, looks just like someone pounded a 3/4" metal pipe in the ground, nothing more. Just look around in the grass on your hands and knees. If you get impatient, rent a metal detector.
I built fences for a couple of summers when I was younger and never failed to find the property markers, all you have to do is look.

Call the surveyor and get the report. Hopefully they are legit and will show you where the marks are. They had to base the report on something and may be able to find it easily.
Also your neighbor may only have a certain time to complain. If you put up your fence a few years ago it may be too late anyway.

Go up to your court house it should be in the public files. You can also hire a surveyor to come and flag it for you...then tell your neighbor they can take it up with ciy council.

Call surveyors and have your property edge marked. I don't think it cost that much. Probably approx. $100.

go to your town hall. for free(i think) they will give you the map of your property. that is a legal document that your neighbors cannot fight
