Can anyone recommend a small, shareware AVI media viewer?
RealPlayer seems to crash with large movies files, Win MediaPlayer is a resource hog. Not looking for anything fancy, just a basic AVI movie player.

vlc is a good player. you don't need to download any codecs too.
