crusched pineapple uses?

I seem to have stock piled cans of crushed pineapple. What are some uses? I like it over vanilla ice cream, but I am looking for some recipies that might use it up in a couple weeks.

What you can do is use it in a cake recipe. Drain the juice, then add whatever water needed according to the recipe. Put everything into bowl, with cake mix and eggs. Doesn't need oil and will make the moistest cake you've ever had. Bake as usual, cool and frost with cool whip or nothing at all. Keep chilled and covered. Also, you can top baked ham with pineapple too. I also put it in my oatmeal, using the juice, along with however much water is needed, and microwave for a few minutes. There are smoothies you can make with pineapple too, in your blender. Your local library might have some books to help you with these. Or try the net. <*)))><

Mix a drained can of crushed pineapple with a tub of cool whip of your choice. Cut an angel food cake into layers, and put the pineapple mix in between the layers. Enjoy, and refrigerate.

    yumm-o!
