Which is the brand of contacts for dry eyes?

I just got my contacts on Sat. and they make my eyes really dry. i know that you have to get used to them first. I am going in on this Sat for the 1 week check up and to buy more contacts. What is the best brand to make my eyes not dry? i do tend to have eye allergies. Is there a difference between O2Optics and Acuvue Oasis? Which one is better? The commercial say they do the same thing and i have heard things about O2Optics.

Acuvue markets the Oasys as more moisturizing, but sometimes it depends on the person. O2Optix & Oasys use similar materials (both let a lot of oxygen through to your eye), but neither are actually approved to market for dry eye. If they're really bothering you, make sure to bring it up with your doctor on Saturday. He/she can decide if you need a different contact lens or if you just need to use rewetting drops.

I actually have an astigmatism and dry eyes. I wore contacts for various years yet i ought to continually sense them in my eyes. It replaced into terrible. An optomotrist cautioned wearing confusing contact lenses which I did at one time and that replaced into painful also. I now positioned on glasses and am questioning about lasik surgical treatment considering i'm a reliable candidate. it truly is somewhat expensive nevertheless.
