Why do my finger tips get numb?(like the feeling you get when your foot or leg falls asleep)?

When this happens I am usually shaky and freezing cold. It takes a long time for me to feel like I'm warm again.

    They is something call Reynaud's Syndrome. Basically it is poor circulation in people and when they get cold that happens. Check with your doctor.

    It could be circulatory or it may also have to due with carpal's tunnel in your wrists. See a doctor.
