Why do People?

Because people like her hide behind the anonymity of the internet. They insult others on screen to make themselves feel good, while having it in print so others think they're witty.

I have my contact info up so others can reach me about comments I have made, and sometimes they do. Either to ask me about a comment I've made, or to clarify points of view about a question.

Because some people find it to be humorous, and life is a joke. I love to read smarta$$ comments from people. One should not take life so serious, nor should you take people so serious. Life is too short, to be insulted by what everyone says, or try to be politcally correct about every single little thing. It would be too overwhelming, and people are out of control with the whole PC thing.

Some people don't have the integrity or guts to stand behind their own words.

Some people feel threatened when you challenge their realities or assert your own perception of reality.

I try not to take rude people on here too seriously, though it still stings when you get an intentionally cruel comment.

Don't take it personally. Some people can come off as rude even if they don't mean it that way. Of course, there are those who enjoy being rude to others, so you just have to ignore them.

OMG that is so true...Queen Bee was so rude to me she used words on one of mine that I have never used in my whole life. I am amazed by some, blown away by many, but love when you can really have a good comment and enjoy people on here.

Not enough people in the world are taught the importance of good manners and tact. It is perfectly acceptable to disagree strongly with someone's opinion. But disagreement should be expressed in a civil, respectful manner.

It is very easy to resort to four-letter words and name-calling to get your point across. But it takes intelligence and wit to demolish someone with humor and sarcasm.

Well u cant expect everyone in the world 2 be SWEET like u....soo u just have 2 IGNORE them.....

most people who are rude are:

1. smarta**es

2. Have no parental intervention.

3. out of control

4. hate life

5. love life but are jealous of yours or your question.

6. don't like your avatar

7. I have no idea....I'm making most of this up.

many people are alienated and frustrated and use the computer to get out their anger. Nothing to do with you, the question or this site
