Certainly not. It might mean that you have some stuff from your childhood that you feel sad about. You might want to let the grownup you help the child you by comforting yourself.

Everyone feels sad sometimes. Having something bring about the sadness in you is most likely a postive thing :)

We human beings are sensitive by nature. Emotionally stronger can hold back their tears in the public but they do weep in seclusion. It has nothing to do with sociology.
