Why don't people explain to these teenage girls....?

Why don't people explain to these teenaged girls before they go out and have sex, not only all of the usual info about sex and birth control, but the fact that thier teenage bodies aren't yet devoloped correctly for sex to even be as enjoyable as it should be for them. Sex for teenage girls really isn't that great. It can be painful on top of it, hardly seems worth all the risk.

Update:

Yes I know from experience. I had sex at 15, and am now 26. It's far, far, far better now, now I understand what the 'fireworks' are.

I strongly agreed with you. Some parents think it's okay and teens will find out about the importance of sex themselves. But sometimes it's too late when their schools start talking about sex in health class. My parents never talked to me about sex but I'm making a promise to myself to not have sex until marruage. Think I'm overeacting? I am not, I want to be sucessful and I will!

teens are going to make up their own mind and it depends on how they grew up..teens with broken homes are more likely to get involved in that...parents don't want to talk about sex because they think their child will do whats right they are blinded by the fact that it happens under their nose..they have this feeling if i don't bring it up it wont happen

  • why would it you even have sex as a teenager????
