I just don't understand?
Why do most people when asking or answering a question about one race or another group everyone in that race together? Does anyone else find that frustrating?

It is frustrating and unfortunately its a fact of life. There are many people who are limited in their thinking about "other" people who are different from themselves. It doesn't make them bad people because of their ignorance. Eventually something or someone will show them that people are individuals first and belong to a group second.

Stereotypes work because they were based on some truth no matter how small at one time amd many are so old that they no longer hold any truth today. However they continue to be used because the speaker is to lazy to think of a better, more specific, more compassionate way to communicate.

Of course!! Everyone is an individual, unlike everyone to a race. People are of different DNA, so there are no clans of the same!

There are common things in specific races and like all people there are differences, like their DNA and chromosomes.Your questions lacks some specifics like an example of what your really saying. Some people are lacking skills or maybe knowledge of things, perhaps they just do not know any better

I find you to be very speculative and conditional, and should stop asking dumb questions. You should be asking about broader questions of race, like, why do so many Jews have big noses? Why do so many blacks have big lips? Why do so many Christians hate Jews and Blacks? Why do Indians stink? Why do Japanese/Chinese people have slanted eyes? Why are Canadians pale?
Think, friend.
