Does anyone know what the statute of limitation is for estate litigations? Or know of any sites which provide that information.

My mother passed away 6 years ago without a will. The family home was owned by both her and my father, both names appear on the title. She had no individual assets other then a savings account. Everything else included my father's name. One of my sibblings is threatening to go to court over my mother's estate after my father dies. They feels they are entitled to all assets. They are not my father's biological child nor did my father adopt them.

I just bought this game and I can't get it to install. I put the cd in, the green light comes on but that's it. Nothing else happens. I took the cd out and went to into my computer and the cd rom isn't listed anymore. I reboot and the cd rom appears in the list of drives again. Any ideas as to what's going on and how I can fix it so I can play this darn game.??

Does anyone know if you can get financial aide again if you already have a student loan. I have been paying back my student loan from 4 years ago, I have not missed any payments. I want to go back to school Fall of '07 . Is it possible to get another student loan? Any answers or a point in the right direction for an answer would be great.

I was bored one afternoon and came across this website called http://www.digitalcharity.com/ Upon looking at it I came to wonder how many people on there are for real or just trying to make a quick buck. I'm sure there are some people on this site who do need the donations they are asking for but how do you tell the scum from the needy? What do you think about sites like this one?

Anyone have a recipe that is as good or better than the white garlic sauce Pizza Hut use to serve with their breadsticks? Why do most people when asking or answering a question about one race or another group everyone in that race together? Does anyone else find that frustrating?

do people ask medical questions on here? I know a lot of people are just asking questions to goof around but gawd isn't it common sense that if something is out of the oridinary you should talk to a medical professional?!

My son is 5 years old and lately there has been this 8 year old boy coming around asking him to play outside. I'm not sure what it is but I don't like this kid. There is something about him that gives me the creeps. I told my son he is not allowed to play with this boy unless I am outside with him. I told my son it was because he was only 5 and and this other boy is older. Am I just being over protective?

I have noticed lately that everyone is interested in helping people in need only during disasters. What about those who are in need everyday? Like the single dad who is raising 2 childrens because the mother wants drugs more than her kids. Or the single mom who is trying hard to make ends meet. What about the children who go to school hungry in the morning and maybe have a peanut butter sandwich for lunch. What about making a difference in their lifes?
