I need help with the following conversion:

What I'm having a problem with is writing the formula to find the answer. Im not looking for the answer just the formula. But thanks pub_bore :)

These questions make me want to go to the toilet. Step by step stops the factors of 1000 going mad in my head:
3789 kg/m^3
= 3789000 g/m^3
= 3789 g/litre
= 3.789 g/ml
did I get that right?
