    Dear Friend,

I have experienced many miracles in the form of answers to prayers. This is one such situation:

I was driving home from work one evening on very cold, icy roads. I lived approximately 30 miles out of town, and the way home was over open, country roads. I was driving a small Toyota Tercel. There were no other cars on the road, and the moon was bright. I was not paying much attention to the driving, and I was probably driving faster than I should have been (approximately 50 mph). Suddenly in the headlights, I saw two deer standing, head-to-head, in the middle of the road. One deer completely blocked the left side of the highway. The other deer completely blocked the right side of the highway. They were standing slightly apart, so that there was a very small space between them.

I knew that it would be disasterous to use the brakes, because the car would lose control, spin on the ice, and smash into the deer. I also knew that if I kept the car pointed straight ahead, the deer would most likely smash through the windshield and cause severe damage and injury. Even if the deer went under the car at the time of impact, the car would spin out of control on the icy road, and would wreck.

I did not have time to pray. I just called out, "Jesus!!!" and closed my eyes. I gripped the steering wheel tightly, and I waited for the impact, but I only felt the car shift slightly to the right and then to the left. It was very strange, because I did not turn the steering wheel myself, and I did not feel the steering wheel turn, only the wheels. After this slight shift from side to side, the car continued speeding down the road. When I finally opened my eyes, I could no longer see the deer in the road ahead of me. I looked in the rearview mirror and the deer were behind me, still standing in the middle of the road. I was stunned, and very, very humbled. I just sang praises to God for the rest of the way home.

I have been told that the name of "Jesus" means "God with us." It is a prayer in itself, and that is why we should never use this name to swear or dishonor God. Many times, people do not have time to pray, and the name of Jesus alone is a prayer that will be heard in Heaven.

Albert Einstein once said, "Either your life is filled with miracles, or it has none." What do you think he meant by that??? When you look around at nature, at the stars, at the blue sky, do ever just say to yourself, "WOW....!!!! This is AMAZING! This is MIRACULOUS!!" Have you ever wondered how your heart can keep beating steadily and consistently for years and years??? Isn't that miraculous? Isn't it indisputably miraculous??? Unfortunately, I believe that many people lose sight of the miracle and beauty of life that is all around us! How tragic!!!

If you seek God with all your heart and mind, He will show you incredible beauty. You will witness His miracles, and rest in His awesome power. Trust me, you will not be disappointed!!!

When we invited the children from the Barrio to a homemade icecream fest, we ended up with only 3 freezers (1 1/2 gallons each) of icecream, and 1 gallon of punch.

We were not expecting the 200 children and 50 adults that showed up! Pastor's wife was frantic. She said "Tell the smallest children to get in line first, because they won't understand not getting any." The pastor prayed over the refreshments and asked God's blessing and we began to serve.

We served all 250 peoplle, plus the 9 of us workers, and the icecream freezers never got below 1/3 full. We still had nearly the gallon of punch left over. The level just barely went down....

I'll tell you, we were crying and singing!

My family moved to Spain from England, taking all our possessions in an ambulance. Half-way across France we ran out of petrol and ran on a totally empty tank for 30km to the next petrol station.

All miracles are disputable-they are based upon faith. Faith is not a scientific fact. Therefore-there are no indisputable miracles.
