I tried looking it up but got nowhere, are you sure it is a real address? It is not a full postal address otherwise it would have Tyne + Wear at the end or at least Newcastle-upon-Tyne

Could you format your address better, I'm not understanding what the street, city and state are. I'm not from your area so I'm not familiar with addresses. What I would do is go here and try, it also give you the option to search for the 'surrounding area' as well so if it doesn't hit the address exactly you can see the vicinity.
