Is 40 the "new" 20?

I can believe 40 is the new 20! I just turned 39 ,and when I tell people im 39..no one believes me. So yes if you take care of your body and your skin and you dont dress in old people clothes...(and I dont mean dress like a teenager either) But at least in stlye clothes and a in style hairdo.

Also attitude plays a large part in how we look and feel. Me..well , im never going to grow up completely!

I don't think 40 is old like it use to be. A long time ago 30 was really old, but it's not any more since people are living to see 100.

It depends on how cool of a 40 year old you are, most 40 year olds around me are frumpy and fat, but then I guess we have the rare exceptions of Demi Moore and Johnny Depp. Embrace your age, 40 isn't exactly cool but you hopefully know a heck of a lot more about life then other people, and can share all your hard earned wisdom.- You ain't gettin' any younger :)

yep it is from like the 30s and 40s when people died younger.
