Never seen ANY other ST films, but am familiar w/ the characters from the old TV series. I love anything JJ Abrams does and would like to see this, but don't want to be asking my husband questions through the whole movie if it requires a lot of back-story to understand.

I've been taking Depakote and Lexapro for almost 2 1/2 years under the supervision of my current psychiatrist, and even though I have received some relief from this treatment, I am unhappy with some of the side-effects and ultimately don't want to be on meds forever if I don't have to. I would like to get a different perspective on my current course of treatment.

why is the store that the girls go shopping in called a "soccer" store? Don't Europeans refer to the sport as "football"?

My husband and I are having this discussion about our "hard-headed" three year old. The two of us are both stubborn (and defiant at times) and consider ourselves to be fairly intelligent. So, the discussion has turned to: is it in our son's genetic make-up to be defiant or is it a behavior that he has learned?
