    There is a way of stretching what is left until you have a new foreskin. It takes a lot of time but increasing numbers of men do this each year. It is generally thought that the penis will be more sensative to touch afterwards.

    You can stretch the skin, but it is hard to do, takes a lot of time, and it never really is the same as what you were born with. It is a really sad thing to know that so many of us were butchered like that when we were babies. It is something I will never do to any of my children.

    YES.... the skin needs to be stretched back over.... it's a long process, as I would imagine it...
