Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2 ?

If I download Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2 and I don't like it, can I go back to IE6? If so what is the procedure?

It is just as simple as going to Add/Remove programs and removing it. It will automatically roll back to IE 6 afterwards.

There should be an option to uninstall it in the Add/Remove Programs menu (from your control panel). If not (and with this being a M$ product, I wouldn't be shocked if that option isn't there), then you might be stuck with it for a while.

If that's the case, you can always reinstall Explorer by copying over the Internet Explorer files from your Windows XP disc.

IE 7.0 is the latest version of the most popular windows os. It provides more easy way of browsing adding to security. IE provides support for cascading style sheets, a rich RSS feeds platform, and robust tools for deploying and managing Internet Explorer 7 in large enterprise environments.

But i doesn't know whether it supports Tabbed browsing like Firefox. Check it out.

Go for it see what will happen, although I really wouldn't advise using internet explorer at all... Simply because there are so many other better web browsers out there and internet explore seems to be real target for spyware and other buggies. And if you don't like the newer version just pop in your restore cd and reinstall the older version.

Go to www.microsoft.com and follow the links to IE7 page. There is a good step by step guide to uninstall IE7 and get back IE6.
