ignore the first jackass.... I get it often too and unfortunantly I have yet to find anything to aleviate the pain, I was on morphine and still felt the pain from it. Only thing I can suggest is take an anti-inflamatory like ibuprofin..

A simple form of exercise will ease the join pain. Lie on your back with your legs straight and about eight inches
apart. Point your toes up with your toes stretched out like
a balet dancer. Slide your leg only. Do not lift it. Repeat
at least six times. Try that a few times a day. One of my
cousins had that problem and she feels a lot better doing
this.

I'm not here to answer this question I just wanted to send the asker an email but it wouldn't go through, so this is the only way to get my email though to you:
You told me I was wrong last week when I posted about "Ghost Whisperer". Sorry to be so arrogant, especially if you're just some dumb kid, but it's not too often when I'm right about something when everyone else tells me I'm wrong. It was so obvious last week that Andrea was killed on "Ghost Whisperer", but a lot of you people just don't pay attention to what's being communicated to them. You need to watch TV with your brains on or you'll miss out on the message. I'm sorry that I felt compelled to shove it in your face, but I can't help myself. I guess that's kind of sad!

My coworker has bursitis in her hips that was extremely painful. She received tremendous and immediate relief from drinking 3 ounces of noni juice everyday.

I would go see a chiropractor. They'll find the cause of the problem and fix it. They won't just give you something to cover up the problem.

My doctor recommended ibuprofen, saying he would shoot it with steroids if that didn't work. The ibuprofen worked.

You put your right hip in, you put your right hip out, you put your right hip in and you shake it all about.
