what are some top restaurants that highly famous culinary chefs work for?

i need some info for a pretend resume that i am writing.

    Mesa Grill in New York City is Bobby Flay's restaurant. Paul Carter has appeared on Iron Chef and is renowned as one of the best in the country, he is the Exec Chef at the Phoenician Resort in Phoenix Arizona. Thomas Keller has restaurants all over the country and is renowned thruout the world. Hope this is helpful
