It depends who your ancestor was, are you talking about the one that had a whole host of slaves???? Or the ancestor who was the slave?

Could you be talking about the rich men that performed pedastry ( for those who don't know thats sex with young boys at the time, considered highly fashonable in some cultures).

Its a double edged question.

Yes! Because everything was simple. No bills for hydro heat etc. You grew your own food No TV or radio or computers. People enjoyed simple things and there wasn:t all the rush to do everything there is today. No depression over not having enough because people had each other and enjoyed life more. No trying to keep up with the neighbours everyone had the same. I was born in 1942 and things were a lot simpler.

Nah. The upper elite may have led pretty sweet lives in Rome and Greece, but there were still thousands, if not millions, who worked backbreaking labour under terrible conditins their whole lives. We have pretty good lives... and we're socially conscious enough to try and help others, as well.

Because every generations have some prob or the other...problems remain the same but form changes....

No way, My ancestors lived in Spain, Cuba, and Mexico.

My Grandfather worked for the Government in Mexico, and was assassinated.. We live today because of the sacrifices that were made for ALL of us.......

yes of course/ because here i give some vital point to consider the better live then ours.

population is very low

no polluted water, polluted air, and there is no chemicals foods, the even there is no land noise pollution. the never use hazardous element to improve their life. and one more think they worked hard, group is so small no much more population.
