can a person shed tears under water?

    Shed, no, produce tears, yes. Even water is a mild irritant to the eyes, thats why when you reach the surface, your eyes sting a little.

    Yes a person can shed tears under water but it wont be visible because water and tears would look the same.

    Of course, just like a person can blow into the wind. Just because you can see or hear the evidence doesn't mean it's not happening. Good thought though.

    yes ofcourse, your tear ducts are similar to a certain other part of your rear anatomy . and youre able to do number 2 in the pool arent you? (sorry to be so crude). however, your tear ducts arent aware of your surroundings when you cry.
