What schools all over the nation have done is put themselves in a system which does not allow for accountability, prohibits terminations of its worst teacher via the teachers union and refuses to all competition with schools in the private sector.

Lets see - "competition among drug companies is good for getting the best for your money" is what democrats say in the health care argument - why doesn't that argument work in education.
