1993 Ford Areostar 4.0?

To retrofit the A/C system for a Ford Areostar, with auxillary air. Is there a differant size A/C fixed orifice needed or can the one for R12 be used for R134a conversion?

No, you shouldn't do anything different other than putting in a little line conditioner and some ester oil. You can get the can that has 1 oz of conditioner, 2 oz of oil, and 5 oz of r-134. Then add straight r-134 after that. I've been doing this since 98 and have never had a problem. R-134 jump up in price, so try not to lose any.
