Why frozen entree foods designed for diabetics have not been created?
Not every diabetic have time to cook or can cook or ABLE to cook.
Would you eat them if they were created?

Having been a diabetic for 50 years I have found I can eat many frozen dinners. Just watch the carb count. Some people in denial or angry at becoming diabetic such as the first answerer-well I am sorry for you. Diabetes is not a death sentence unless you don't take care of yourself. Read the labels and I think you will find many frozen meals you can eat. Good luck with your diabetes.

I'm a Type I diabetic, and I don't cook either. It such a waste of time and energy that can better be spent on other things. Also, cooking is for girls.
That being said, if you would just read the labels on frozen foods and stuff, you would see that there are ones that we can eat just fine. Some of the South Beach ones look good; I haven't tried them because I don't have time for those either, but check them out next time you get groceries.
Basically, anything low carb should be fine. Try to avoid frozen fried shite too. Fried is bad.
In short, we don't need special meals; we just need to read.

Let me put it to you straight up. As a diabetic, you no longer have the luxury of a fast food lifestyle. Your body can't tolerate it. You MUST educate yourself on what you can eat and according to what schedule. You MUST cook for yourself. Other time constraints must bend in order to accomadate you. You are no allowed to compromise on this issue anymore. You used up all that during your pre-diabetic days and it is gone for good.
Do it...or you are going to die.
Is that clear enough for you?

I eat raw food as much as possible. It is fast and it takes longer for your body to process than cooked and refined food. Raw fruits veges and nuts.
