The exercise which you can do the longest and most often without getting tired, burned out or injured. I recommend finding activities that you enjoy because you'll be more likely to be consistent. If you don't enjoy an exercise, you'll find all kinds of excuses not to do it.
Just remember - any exercise burns more fat that sitting on your butt or eating.

any type of cardio that gets heartrate up to 140 and keep it there for an hour, 5 times a week.
