    DITTO YES!!!!! AND it IS Illegal....If you suspect Animal Abuse, just call your local presinct and/or ASPCA...that stupid...f....ing...a....h....WILL Probably more than likely be arrested.

    Watch Animal Planet....there's a show on with cops rescuing these poor "little guys"...

    I think ALL ABUSERS of CHILDREN, ADULTS, ANIMALS SHOULD BE SHOT!!!!But first TORTURED!

    Animal abuse should be HIGHLY and SEVERELY illegal and a punishment befitting the crime. Torture = torture. Neglect = neglect. Fear = fear.

    definitely..and i think there should be harsher punishment besides a few months in jail and a fine...On animal cops...someone leaves their dog out chained and it dies. 2 months in jail..that is BS...it should be at least a year mandatory + fines and community service at a shelter.
