I was in a similar situation until i heard more about it. LAmuscle.com have a fantastic product called Norateen Heavyweight II. Its about £50 for a month supply of tabs. I tried this stuff and it increased the amount i could life within 2 weeks. Muscles harden and you will put on Lean muscle with this bro.
