What were you expecting on 6/6/06? The only thing predicted was the movie The Omen was coming out.!?

I was expecting it to be just another Tuesday, and sure enough, it was. "The Omen" was scheduled to come out (and living close to Hollywood, I've learned that any movie that opens other than Friday isn't an A movie).

I also expected the usual superstitious blah-blah about 666, the devil's number, what an evil day it was going to be, will the world come to an end, ohmigod the sky is falling... yada. And sure enough, there was that too, all from people who have no idea about the mystical study of numbers from the Kaballah, called gematria.

Gematria was invented by ancient Jews thousands of years ago, and is a type of numerology. So, does a symbol system invented thousands of years ago halfway around the world have ANYTHING to do with a random date on the calendar? NO! No, no, no, no, no. And yet the superstitious out there will use any excuse to stir up hysteria and melodrama. Please -- just *spare me*.

I wasn't expecting anything remember y2k what a joke. However me and my husband went to see the movie and 5 minutes before movie was to end the screen went blank. They weren't able to fix the problem. So maybe it was omen to not see this movie lol.

I wasn't expecting anything. I didn't buy into the panic & hype that was going on. The movie is a remake anyways & the few commercials I've seen don't interest me to see it, even on DVD 16 weeks later.

I wasn't expecting anything. But then when I got to work everything went to hell (Ha! Ha!). Everything kept breaking and everyone (Were these the demons?) wanted to fight. What was up with that?? Well I hope today is a lot better day.

6-6-06 was just another tactic of satan to throw people off of what we should be focused on. Satan and many others benefited from this date.

I was expecting to celebrate the second anniversary of meeting my wife with a quiet evening at home with lots of sex.

i expected a normal day that would be followed by 6/7/06. hmmmm.........wow i must be psychic because that is exactly what happened. call the tabloids!
