No, any girl can choose to wear what she wishes. That being said, thongs probably look best on slim or average-sized women. A really heavy-set woman should not wear a thong, sorry. And one more thing--no guy should wear thongs--unless of course they are gay! Even then, it's highly unlikely he would still look good one. Ha-ha
