Would you hire a manny??

It depends. Generally I view women as more nuturing and they typically have more experience in child care. That said, I would consider hiring a manny if he showed genuine interest in working with kids and I observed him to be nurturing with my kids. I know this is predjudiced - but I would probably hold a man to a higher standard than a woman. However, if the man was good with kids it would probably be great for kids to have that as a role model.

Depends on his credentials and references. I'd give a male nanny the same scrutiny as I would a femal nanny and if he were qualified and met my expectations - sure.

Did you do a background check? Do you have nanny cams all over your house (especially in areas where they would least be suspected)? Did you get a referral from a legitimate source?

I would if they were qualified, and if they were a right fit for my children. I don't see any problem with male nannys.

yes f he was good with children and pasted a criminal and background check, its the same thing i would do with a female nanny.

PLUS IF I WAS YOU I WOULD TRUST A FEMALE OVER A MALE ANY DAY DEPENDING ON WHERE I LIVED AND HOW WELL I TRUSTED PEOPLE

Probably not, I would want someone that will take care of my child, and most women do a better job at that!

If he's qualified, I would definitely consider hiring him for my son.

My nephew has been a babysitter a good one to boys I see no problem with it
