My mum and I did aong weekend in Southern Ireland about 10 years ago and it was a complete surprise to us both. It was beautiful. And the houses. The one we staying was like Southfork from Dallas. The people were lovely and the grub was great. Im still hooked on Paddy's. I have to confess the jurys still out on Guiness.

We alway indended t o come back and spend more time on a proper holiday but we never did.

It was expensive though and full of Americans, but then isnt everywere. Im in Liverpool

Well, ocean can't be English, because otherwise he'd realise that your being so close to us just has to have had a positive effect on you. You've even learnt to imitate English hospitality and welcome visitors ...

Sorry, I love Ireland, it's just a pity the Irish live there. No,delete that. They're wonderful people with a not bad rugby team and they've even been known to brew a half decent pint

I am Scottish and have lived in Northern Ireland for 28 years . I love it here. The scenery is awesome, the sense of humour is second to none and the people are honest and straight forward. If we like you, we welcome you and spend time with you, if we don't like you we tell you to feck aff.

not me. nothing against Ireland but i find that the people are way too loud and like the sound of their own voices too much. Scotland is miles better
