This is a great summertime dessert.

    Grasshopper Pie:

1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream(softened)

    1/4cup Creme de Menthe Liquor

    1 small pkg.semi-Sweet chocolate chips(melted)

    2-2.5 cups rice Crispies

    one 9inch pie plate

Mix the melted chocolate in with the Rice cereal. Pat into the pie plate. refrigerate till cool. Next mix the softened (not melted) ice cream with the mint liquor.(note: you can substitute mint ice cream for the alcohol. Or replace the Creme de menth with Kaluha or Baileys) Once the ice cream is mixed, spoon into the pie plate and freeze until ready to serve. Serve with Chocolate sauce and whipped cream. Cool ,refreshing and a small slice goes a long way. Enjoy!

    MONKEY BREAD!

    INGREDIENTS:

3 (12 ounce) packages refrigerated biscuit dough

    1 cup white sugar

    2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

    1/2 cup margarine

    1 cup packed brown sugar

    1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

    1/2 cup raisins (optional)

    DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9 or 10 inch tube pan.

Mix white sugar and cinnamon in a plastic bag. Cut biscuits into quarters. Shake 6 to 8 biscuit pieces in the sugar cinnamon mix. Arrange pieces in the bottom of the prepared pan. Continue until all biscuits are coated and placed in pan. If using nuts and raisins, arrange them in and among the biscuit pieces as you go along.

In a small saucepan, melt the margarine with the brown sugar over medium heat. Boil for 1 minute. Pour over the biscuits.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 minutes. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a plate. Do not cut! The bread just pulls apart.

I have a simple recipe that people rave over. I make two large packages of Chocolate pudding, oreo cookies and a tub of cool-whip. I put it in one of those trifle bowls in layers...first i crush up oreos, make bottom layer. Then the cool whip. Then pudding. Then I mix some of the pudding and the cool whip for another layer. Keep going until the bowl is full. I usually top it off with a couple of full oreos, just stuck in to make it pretty. I'm asked to bring it to EVERY party I go to. Good luck!!

Um I don't have a name for it because I made it up myself but

2lt of low fat vanilla ice cream

    1 packet of meringues

    1 packet chocolate chip cookies

A few Snickers or mars bars

fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, black berries)

    lemon

Allow ice cream to soften and out into a glass serving bowl.

Roughly chop up chocolate bars, cookies and meringues.

mix all together as much as you prefer. If you want chunkier only mix a little.

Put it back into freezer for a few hours and until it sets again.

Then about 20mins before you serve, take it out so it can soften up a little.

Mix all the berries together with lemon juice.

Scoop out ice cream into serving bowls and a good spoon of the berry mixture on top.
