What's the best way to heal black eyes,and reduce bruises?

Cold compresses are the best. There's a product sold in health food stores that I've heard good things about. Unfortunately, I can't think of the name. You rub it on. Try calling a health food store and asking if they know, can't hurt. (Starts with an A)

I was told by my doctor that there are enzymes in pineapples and papayas that heal bruises. Boxers used to use this remedy. Papayas taste disgusting to me, but pinnaple blended drinks might not be too bad.
