How do I send a thank you note to more than one interviewer?

You only have one name, so you can only send to that person. You can say something like, "I really enjoyed meeting everyone on the team. Please pass my thanks on to them as well for their time." And of course, the normal "I'm looking forward to working with all of you."

I overwhelmingly agree that sending a thank-you note will set you apart. That helped me get my current job!

That is a tough situation, if there is anyway for you to find out the names of the other people who interviewed you then do so and send each a personal note.

If can't do this then you could still get away with send a note just to the one person as long as you have had more interaction with that person then the other people you interviewed with. If that's the case I would send an thank to that person, not just for the interview but for everything that they've done through out the process.

Then in that note ask her to extend you appreciate to the entire team you interview with.

If it were just situation where you had only caught her name and not the other peoples, but had not more interaction with her then I'd play it safe and not send a note at all.

You should send a thank you to all that interviewed you. Anytime you go to an interview always ask for a business card from each interviewer. Then you have the names and position of each person.

For now, can you call the front desk and ask the reception. And if it is impossible then just send it to the one you already know. And mention the others in her thank you note.

You could send her a note and ask her to either:

1. Thank the other interviewers for you.

2. Forward your note to the other interviewers.

3. Ask her for contact info for the other interviewers.

If the other interviewers didn't offer you their contact info (e.g., their business card), then (1) or (2) might be preferable.

If you're doing this by paper mail, you could include physical notes for the other interviewers -- but if you didn't get their names, this would be awkward. (1) is probably best in this case.

If you don't have the other interviewers' names then just address the thank you note to the person whose name you do have and mention in the note that you really enjoyed meeting with everyone. Or, if you absolutely want to address those other people you are going to have to call and pretend you need the correct spelling of the names or something from the person whose name you do have's assistant.

Assuming you didn't get cards from all of them...if you did then send a separate note to each. Also, assuming you've forgotten names...

I'd call her when you know she's not there and leave a vmail or email and say you'd like to send 'thank yous' to everyone and would she please pass along correct spellings of their names.

I would send the letter to her and in it ask her to convey your thanks to the other members of the team who you met. She may or may not do this, but at least you have impressed your contact.

You thank everyone that was present. They took time out of their day to be there and you want to seem excited and motivated. Its better to thank everyone than to leave someone out.

I would sent a letter to all of them. Extra effort it good.
