I'm researching desktop sharing products for the possibility of using them to train people to play computer games. To make this practical it's pretty important we get a frame rate of at least 20 fps (these are slow puzzle games not fps or anything).

I'm trying to get an idea of what kind of system requirements this would need for the users. What kind of upload and download speeds they'd need?

Also are there any products or services that do a better job of compressing this stuff then others?

I don't need a list of services that offer desktop sharing as I've already don that research. I just need advice on bandwidth requirements and any service that gives a better performance to bandwidth payoff (assume this would be done with compression).

My daughter has a lot of trouble running, she's in soccer this year and gets frustrated because she so much slower then all the other kids she has no chance of catching them.

She has a tendency to hop/gallop when she tries to run, when she's not doing that she flails her arms and legs using up most of her effort on that then actually moving forward.

Any ideas on how I can teach her to run properly? Anything I can teach her to practice to get better?

I do not need arguments for atheism, as that is not the subject I'm currently researching. I'm also not interested in solely biblical or other religious text based argument.

I've been designing websites for a while and have come to the conclusion that most professional looking websites include actual photographs of actual people.

Where is the best place to get these photographs and use them legally? Most websites I've seen want almost $100 for a single low-resolution photo? Is this the only way to get these photos or is there a better option?

I'm interested in learning as much as I can about religious science, which is also known as science of the mind. I'd like a list of sources for my own research both sources defending and explaining the beliefs (and history) and sources that "attack" or question the beliefs. A mix of internet and book sources would be really great.

(Yes, Atheists I know from your point of view the term religious science is an oxy moron, not that I’ve pointed that out there’s no need to barrage me with a bunch of posts of that nature.)

I'm currently in the market for a good backpack for 3 to 5 day backpack trips. I'm trying to keep my budget under $100 if it's realistic to get something that will last at least 10 or 15 trips.

Any advice on what pack or where to shop?

This month we've come to the sad realization that we need to give up and let our home go into foreclosure ( I'm not looking for advice on how to "save" it.) We were already behind on our HOA dues and had paid 1,000 or 2,000 owed to the collection company. Now because we'll be 5 days late on the second half they want to charge us an extra $500.

So we're thinking we may just not pay it. My question is how will it effect us if our HOA forecloses before our mortgage company?

By the way, I live in California. I'd really like authoritative references if you can provide them.

I have a site at www.curetype2diabetes.info (in case it gets cut off that's .info). I've worked very hard to get it as accesible as possible but text size changes just kill me.

The worst part right now is my menu shifts when the text size changes. I have it centered when the text is medium size, but if it changes the menu shifts left or right.

How do I prevent this, I'd rather the text size still change but I want the menu to stay put.

I'm just starting to do some freelance web-design , but in all honesty I'm really estimating anything, especially how long something’s going to take. I'm looking for a good objective process for coming up with a quote for a job.

Any advice on this would be very helpful.

I'm desiging a webpage and am checking browsers compatiblity. When I used the windows version of safari all the links on my menu are broken ( they aren't recognized as links). If this is only on the windows version of safari I don't care because it's beta and I doubt ther are a lot of users.

I designed this website at www.curetype2diabetes.inf o . I already billed them but I think I under charged. I want to get an idea of how much I should have charged so I know for the future.

I not only planned the whole layout and entered all of the content ( I re-worded some of the content but did not write it.). But I also created the header logo, the book cover and the free vacation logo. On top of that I setup the paypal e-commerce which might not look like much but require PHP and MYSQL. Also, speed was very important to my client so I finished the job in less than in a week. Keep in mind the site include 24 total pages and has been completely hand coded in CSS and XHTML.

I'm getting into the who webpage design thing, but I'm much more a programmer then designer, so when it comes to graphics and generic photos I'm hoping to find a source of graphics and photos (even if I need to pay) that I can legally use on my sites.

I'll probably combine and tweak them some, but for someone who lacks in the artistic area, a starting point is very helpful.

I'm working on a website that sells e-books. I already know i'm going to setup a system that orders through pay-pal and pay-pal will send me data through HTTP post that confirms the transaction is complete at which point PHP will add the customer's ip address to the htaccess file for the directory that stores the e-book that was ordered. A link will apear and they can download the e-book.

What I want to know is the best way to remove thier access after a certain amount of time. I think give them 24 hours just in case something goes wrong.

I'm working on an E-book store website that uses paypal to pay for the books then redirects the customer to the e-book for download.

The problem is right now there's nothing to stop someone from entering the path and file name in thier browser and downloading it without paying.

I want the simplest solution that still allows us to continue using pay pal. It doesn't have to be fully hacker proof but should be compatiable with Safari, Firefox, and IE 6 and up and some how verify they paid before allowing access.

I'm looking at most likely a PHP or java script option but open to anything.

Advice? How hard are they to maintain? are they safe for children? Are Children safe for them? I've heard they live a REALLY long time is that true? What types are they? How much would one cost? What do I need to feed and take care of it?

Anything else I should know?

However I have not been able to find any reviews on it. I'm looking for someone who owns this tent, has used this tent, or owns a similar Northwest Territory tent. Please let me know what you think of it.

Also if you own any tent close to this size 18X17X6.5 do you have trouble finding campsites where you can set up a tent this big?

I want to keep it around $15-$20 a night, would like it to be a pretty easy drive (close to a highway if possible) so we can drive home at night if needed. I don't care about having plumbing but near a peaceful body of water with shore might be fun. If you missed it in the title I'm in the Sacramento area and want to keep the drive to no much more then 1 hour.
