Yes, we are living revelation.

But to understand revelation, we must understand much of the old testament.

Sort of like to understand how american is where it is today, we must read its history.

But with the bible, if you go to certain books like Isaiah and Daniel, they still have revelation in them that we are still living today.

Genesis has the explanation for all terrorist movements happening today as I write. For Hagar was told by God that her son would be born and she would name him Ishmael. He would be a great(large) nation and a wild man who would put up his arms against other men and other men would put up their arms against him. He would have no nation of his own, but would dwell among men.

The muslims are mostly descendents of Ishmael.

THe first three chapters of revelation are over with, but still contain lessons for all of us. They are the letters to the churches that had been established after Jesus rose back up to heaven.

The rest is difficult at best to put to a timeline to show where we are at today, but we are living out the word of GOD.

I don't think Revelation yet has begun to happen. This is because most of Revelation has to do with the tribulation period...after the church is taken out of the earth (the rapture of the church)...goes onto the thousand year reign of Christ on earth (while satan is chained in the abyss)...and then the final battle between satan and the armies of heaven (and of course...Jesus wins!)

I do think that many of the bible prophecies are being fulfilled right now....about wars and rumors of wars, about earthquakes and famines, about those who do evil and call it good...etc.

I do believe the very first part of Revelation, that addresses the seven churches of Asia...that those are a prototype for churches now on earth. Some are faithful, some are not.

Yes we are in the last times, the Bible has predicted. And have been for some time. There are two signs left to be given yet, two witnesses and the rebuilt temple in Jerusalem. Most of the rest of the rest of the sign's have been given or are being fulfilled at this time. We may have but a few years left or we may have 100's That will be up to God alone to know.

I believe we are close, but not yet. However, if you do a study of scriptural prophecy, especially the book of Daniel and the teachings of Jesus, you will find that all signs point to the fact we are very close to the time of great Tribulation.

However, some things have to happen first. One of the classic books of all time, written in the 60s or 70s, I believe, is Hal Lindsey's "The Late Great Planet Earth." It can still be found in Christian bookstores. It lays out the end time scenario in a very easy to understand format.

All the signs are met!!! It could happen at any time.. It will be interesting to see how this present situation in Israel affects world opinion.
