If your 9 year old son sent you to jail, what would you do?
My man has a 9 year old son from a previous. They got in a fight when he took him home. The son called the cops and lied to them. He said his dad beat them up and he didn't. How would you feel or treat your son if he did that to you?
he also got a domestic violence which he has to go to court for, he also got arrested and it cost over a grand to get him out.

The police will not believe a nine year old unless there is a compelling reason to believe him. Nine year olds are notorious liars. Police know that. Evidence of a beating would be a pretty compelling reason to believe him, though.
The little boy did not send his father to jail. A judge did that. And that judge had a reason. The word of a 9 year old, in and of itself, would not be sufficient to make the judge lock the man up.
Step back and look at this boyfriend of yours and think long and hard about whether he is someone who should be in your life.

That child has some serious issues. Perhaps a Psychologist would be in order.
Children often are angry when their parents split up, but most work their way through it. This child needs some help.
I'm sure the parent would feel angry and very upset with the child, but until the child receives help for this behavior, it will not stop, in fact it could escalate.
Good Luck!

Its not about how would you feel cuz ultimately who cares. The fact of the matter is that these are his children no matter what. However if the children what nothing to do with him that's another thing that you will have to deal with but it sounds like to me that they are just spoiled little brats that need some good ol fashion discipline. i don't get people now adays don't hit Ur kids don't hit ur kids BULLSHIT. There is a difference between abuse and discipline and the kids need discipline. I'm 27 and i can remember getting the **** knocked outta me when i needed it and u know what. I'm so grateful that my parents cared that much. that's why our kids are so violent and rambunctious and horrible cuz we don't discipline them. that's the only way they are going to learn. if there are consequences to their actions.

Wow, that's a tough one. Naturally I would be beyond upset but deep down still love my child. I would though take him to therapy over this. It sounds like there is something really wrong with this kid for him to do this to his dad. He needs some kind of professional help or he'll think he can get away with this every time. Good luck!

Sounds like they both need counseling for the long term to get back to a normal relationship. But in the short term, I would think there would need to be some sort of evidence of the alleged abuse - bruises, cuts, etc.

The kid obviously has a lot of resentment towards his dad. I would sit him down and try to talk to him and get to the root of the problem.

i would take a pen and stab him in the eye pull out his eyeball and make him eat it. the i would take a stake stab that through him and stick him in the ground. and let the birds go all out with all you can eat child buffet!!!
