You have tinnitius, it is an ear condition that can be successfully treated. It could be a sign of a more serious condition developing, see an ENT doctor. Ear,Nose and throat specialist.

I'm sorry the only thing i can think of is go to a doctor. Isn't there some procedure thing where they pretty much power wash your ears? It's not exactly a proceedure...but that's all i gots.

try this, its sounds silly but sometimes it works for me

hold your nose and close your mouth so you cant breath then try to blow your nose while your nastrils are closed. if that doesnt work, see a doctor.
