I experienced cut on my glans penis after sex, what could be wrong?

I am 25yo adult male and is not circumcised. I am able to pull back my foreskin to reveal my glans easily. But when the foreskin is pulled back, I could feel tightness on my glans. I often experience cut that cause intense pain that looses my sex drive. It was not experienced during masturbation. What should I do?

    See a urologist and get an opinion about what needs to be done. There are treatments for your exact condition and they can advise you on them.
