I don't think that it is a matter of not knowing how to spell. It could be typing too fast, or simply not looking over what has been done. All in all, that comes down to being simply lazy. It is visible in all aspects of society.

They are really trying to spell. The are typing as few letters as possible to get their mean across.

Many of the grammical errors on this site are due to pure laziness!!
