Why do alot of people that don't have custody of their child want to stop payment if the X gets with new one

this is the reason people should realize that when you get separated or a divorce, you need to think about the children and let the payments for child support continue regardless of the other persons dating situation.

The only way one should stop paying is if the financial situation got too great and the recipients financial situation could help more, then you can come to an agreement in writing.

The reason people tend to want to stop paying is BC they are using bad logic. IE.. they have a new partner, so they have greater income and can afford it

or they are jealous and have lost all reasoning and understanding with the jealousy.

This is saying a lot to the children though and it tends to be a complaint made in front of them by the parents, making both parents insensitive to the affects it will have on their children's lives.

Lemme answer with an example:a couple with woman A and husband B had a child C.After some years they divorce., and the woman A gets the custody of the child.B has to pay XYZ $ to A for C.Sometime after,A likes another man D and wants to marry him.B does not like this b'coz he loves C a lot, and is afraid that C might find a new father in D and so,he threatens to stop the payment.This works(only if B is a rich birdie).In another case,B might want to stop the payment coz he is a really miser and he is relieved that A has got D to resolve the money problem for C,so now he can save his own money.

That just shows you how immature and with a lack of responsibility they are........They figure that the new one can take over the raising of the child and paying for everything......But they can't grasp the idea that this is their child that they helped to bring into the world ......and it is not only his duty to take care of him/her but also his responsiblity from the day the child is born......Some men sit on their brain and have no idea of whats right and whats wrong

Because their idiots that think instead of thinking that they are giving money for the childs benefit they look at it as if they are paying the new BF/GF's bills so they get pissed and stop because well they would rather their kids live in the gutter, then to pay anothers way..

They really do not care about their child,s health and welfare, probably treated her and the child like property. If he can,t own it he does not want the responsibility for it. No wonder she moved on.

jealousy, insecure, low self-esteem, revenge-reality is the only one who suffers b/c of any of these reasons is the child(ren)

cause they dont like to have to pay for it!!!!
