Bleeding brakes continued?
So, I already asked a question on how to bleed the brakes and got some great answers! Thanks all...now I am curious, when you hold the brake down and open the valve, should the brake pedal drop down further?

Yes but do not let pedal up till valve has been tighten. Then repeat untill fluid comes out in good solid stream make sure you keep brake fluid resvoir full if it goes dry you will have to start all over again.

pedal is up valve should be closed. Valve is open when you press the pedal to the floor. Hook a small hose to that valve. Have the hose lead into a bottle of old brake fluid. Bottle should have some fluid in it. Then open the valve. Get in car press pedal up and down about 5 times. Check your fluid level in your brake cylinder. shut the valve. Check your brakes for firmness. Repeat til your brakes feel good to you. Of course you do that to all 4 valves. Just work yourself around.
