Does anyone at Yahoo actually know whats going on in here ???

Toshiba Satelite, windows 7,duel core 64 bit lots of hard drive and ram. Ok now that we got that out of the way my problem. One day out of the blue Windows media player and my dvd/cd drive stopped talking. I can play music from the library of my media player with no problems at all but when I insert a cd into my drive, the light comes on and the cd turns but media player doesn't see it, when I go to my computer and look at my cd drive, the cd isn't even listed in there. So since I am a better mechanic than a geek, can someone tell me if my drive hiccuped and went bad ??? I have checked the drivers for everything, all up to date. I even tried another media player and still, nothing, nadda, it's like my cd drive isn't even there... Just for grins, I have tried other cd's just to make sure it's not me LOL. Nothing has been changed or added other than the typical updates we see every now and then. I can say that I am not sure if a update for my media player was installed. I guess I should be a little bit better of a geek. Thanks in advance for any help you may offer...

Fuel Pump is bad and Yamaha wants over 200$ for a replacement. Anyone in Yahoo land know the fuel pressure and GPH ???

First: NO Check Engine Light. 150k original miles with the original engine/trans combo.

OK, as mentioned I have a 5.7L and I have a problem that is very hard to diagnose. Just today,I drove 2.5 miles without switching into overdrive ( 45mph zone), I jump on the freeway, get up to speed, shift into overdrive and then I cannot apply pressure to the gas pedal or I feel a lean misfire, hear popping through the TBI. I can actually feel it coming on as I get above 60 mph. But the kicker, Once I let off to go into coast mode and then go to reapply the throttle the problem is gone. That fast. Today, it happened just like mentioned above, I went 2 miles, got off the freeway and then grabbed a Coke. Jumped back into the truck, onto the freeway, did it once I shifted into overdrive going up a hill. Made it up the hill, crested said hill and then poof, gone. Not another problem remaining on the freeway for another 20 miles, stopping for about 45 minutes, getting back on the freeway for another 15 miles. This problem I DO NOT experience everyday. I can go months without it ever happening. I have only had it happen twice in one day, once. And it happened like mentioned above, drove over 50 miles and then happened in the middle of my drive going uphill. I use to be able to get it to do it going up a certain hill but, like I have said, once a month maybe. It has never happened twice in one week except for the twice in one day.

Parts already replaced. Ignition module, Coil, fuel pump and filter. Disconnected remote start for sh*ts and grins.

Parts installed aftermarket. Headers, Flow Master, Throttle body spacer.

I have over 20 years experience in the automotive repair industry and I am baffled at the moment. I am seriously leaning towards a PCM/PROM ?!?!?! Has anyone ever seen a oil sending unit for the fuel pump every cause an issue like this ??? I never have these symptoms below 60 MPH ( no tach, not sure of rpm's). Lets hear from the Chevy gurus and see if someone could shed some light on this issue.

Can I have a Word document auto number itself ??? What i mean is I have a work order for my business and want to print them off but as I do this I would like for Microsoft Word to number the work orders in order... Can this be done ??? Thanks in Advance

My question is : If you show up to court without an attorney and do not agree with the divorce decree can you refuse the wording of the decree and ask the courts for time to get an attorney ??? There is a custody battle and I do not want my girlfriend to loose them. We are raising the money for an attorney but wont be able to get this done before the court date. Legal Aid is a joke and trying to get an attorney pro-bono is just as funny.

I have a 98 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.9L Limited. It has the fender mounted turn signals. The ones right in front of the front doors. The people I have talked to so far have only been able to come up with that this is an Austrailan/European package. Now my problem is I cannot for the life of me get the bulbs to replace these. I have talked to several people and parts stores only to find out there unavailable or whatever. Someone out there has got to know the part number as it is not on the bulb. The only numbers on the bulb are 12v23a which after 20 years in the industry I completely know what that means and it doesnt help at all. Thanks in advance..........Chris

I am trying to connect my msn messenger account and yahoo account. Since this is a test for me the problems I see are;

Neither messenger see's the other one logged in. I am able to send a message to msn but not able to return the message as msn doesnt see yahoo, no matter in stealth mode or logged in. Since yahoo doesnt see my msn account logged in it usually send the message but i dont get it until i re-log into msn. i have double checked to make sure i have the proper messengers.... help here please
