Is there any medical benefit for the hot and cold pool?

If yes, what is the sequence to go into? Hot first then cold, or cold first then hot? Or is it no good to go to hot pool and cold pool in the same session.

Really is it no good to go to hot pool and cold pool in the same session, you can get a muscular spasm. And you need to be careful to use the hot, if you have high blood pressure.

you go from a hot pool to a cold pool. All your skin cells are open and hot then the cold water closes them all up. The cycle repeats if you jump back in the hot water again. I dont know about medical but it sure feels good
