    gold- i saw my wedding set in both gold and silver and i have to say that it looked so much more shimmery and expensive in gold than in silver.

    Silver for regular everyday stuff, gold for a wedding ring or promise ring.

    I like silver, white gold, or platinum. Gold is for old ladies.

    silver, or platinum.

    white gold still has a little bit of a yellowish tint to it that I don't like. You have to be careful though because platinum isn't as strong as silver.
